 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went for a consultation in March 2026 and paid the $250 consultation fee. Dr. Ross did a great job explaining everything, and I left feeling confident that I wanted to move forward with surgery there. Unfortunately, my experience with communication afterward was disappointing. I received one response to my email, but after sending a few follow-up questions, I never heard back. Because clear communication is very important to me when making a decision like this, I ultimately decided to go in a different direction. I am now scheduled for surgery with another surgeon in Wilmington in December 2026. I do want to say Dr. Ross was wonderful during the consultation itself. My concern was only with the lack of follow-up communication afterward. But I did waste my $250.

She took her time and really made it feel special and relaxing. Just left again after doing the head spa service. What a wonderful unique experience it was! It’s a service I never knew I needed.
